Ohhh Im so confused,I want to upload pictures but I dont really know how.. =( ) Am I alowed to upload pictures that I didnt draw? Am I alowed to upload pictures that are from other sites??

Hey there, Cutiepie24! SO, you wan't to be my friend? It's fine with me. I'm not much help if you ask me how to do this or that for making wallpapers or putting clean crisp scans on here (XD). You cannot upload any one else's work. you have to create your own. At the top were it says FAQ, it has everything you need to know in there. good luck
